User management module  

Allows managing users, meaning it allows adding, erasing or temporarily restricting access to the LMS.

LMS has 3 user levels:
Level I - employee(s)
Level II - manager or trainer
Level III - administrator or manager or trainer 



Level I:
employee level who have the right:
• to take tests,
• answer polls,
• read training materials,
• assess the training,
• send and receive e-mail,
• All employees receive a unique username and password.

Level II: are the trainers/managers who have the following rights:
• manage Level I users, (It’s possible to divide the employees into groups. E.g. sales, services, technical, accounting etc.)
• add and change learning content (It’s possible to tie the created groups with Training Materials and Tests.)
• create tests and polls,
• make detailed queries (reports);
• monitor the LMS usage by Level I users

Level III: are the administrator /trainers/managers who have the following rights:
• all Level II functionality

• create Level II accounts

This module allows creating a file tree which may include all the necessary documents for training needs and also allows the data to be shared with employees. All file types and web links can be used as training materials. Employees have a group specific access to training materials. 

Test module Back to top

• Test module allows generation of an infinite number of necessary tests. 
• An infinite number of questions can be added to the test. An option to compile multiple choice questions in which there may be single or multi-choice answer, 
• Images can be added to the questions. 
• All tests can be generated randomly, defining the number of questions in the test. Questions will be taken from the database (e.g. from the database containing 50 questions 20 question test will be randomly generated for each participant). 
• Tests can be assigned separately to each individual employee, group of employees or to all employees. 
• The time for taking the test can be scheduled by date, month, year and time. 
• Time allocated to taking the test is freely assignable. 
• After the test the employee will receive his/her score and an emotional feedback, which is predefined by the author of the test. 
• Test taker may compare his/her results with others. 
• Test taker has the possibility to assess the training (useful for ISO 9000 companies).

Let’s see how easy is to create a new test:

Click on the hyperlink Add new test … and you will see the following view Add new test.


After you have created new test, you will see the following. Test named ”Good customer service” has been created. At the present moment there are no questions, (Questions/points=0) and no users who must perform the test (Users=0). 



Now click on the hyperlink Add Question. Enter the question. Use of Copy/Paste is allowed. After you have entered the question click on the button Save.



In case you’d like to use a picture in question, you can also add the picture. It might be for illustration purposes.



After having chosen the answers click on the button Add answer and click on it for as many times as many versions you want to add.

• Level II user sees detailed statistics concerning all Level I users who have taken tests, 
• Separate statistics for every test as well as summarized statistics, 
• Test results can be saved as XLS, HTM files or printed out, 
• Reports can be saved as XLS file or printed out.

With this example it can be seen that only 1 test named Good customer service has been performed. Different inquiries can be made using filters, either per group of employees, user (i.e. employee), position or test.



With this example two employees have performed the test Good customer service. We can see that the test comprises of 3 questions, giving 7 points and the required percentage for passing the test is 80. Andres Babits has successfully passed the test with the result of 85,7%. Andres Pung has failed and his result is 28,6%.

To see how user has performed a test, click on the user’s name. User’s detailed results per questions will open in the new window: 



With this example Andres has received 6 points. Answer to the first question is incorrect. The correct answer has been marked giving 1.0 point, Andres has chosen the version where the word WRONG has been written with red letters.
With the second question (several answers, several correct answers) he has chosen correct (CORRECT is green) answers and earned 5 points.
The third question was answered right – 1 point. Total 6 points from 7.
If you need the test on paper it is also possible to have it signed by the performer of the test.

This module allows asking feedback on training. But that’s not all. It allows generating polls (in 5 point scale) and creating various surveys on complacency. The results are anonymous and will be summarized and displayed as a graph. Poll results can be saved as XLS file or printed out. 




In the view you can see the questions, number of respondents, the average mark (added up according to the number of respondents) and coloured flow chart (the greener the better result).

Mail module allows interaction between employees and management Sent messages can be tracked. In this module the user can send out his/her wishes on training.

The default view when logging in to the LMS is Inbox. From the following view we can see that Mary Rose has 1 unread message. If there are more messages these will align one below another.
